Custom Flat Seam
Flat Seam is a custom metal roof designed for flat surfaces. The panels are interlocked with each other. The first panel is hooked to the drip edge and anchored to the deck of the roof with small clips, with each panel installed hooking on to the previous panel. The seams are then hammered flat together and then soldered.

This is a custom product that is designed in a sheet metal shop and must be installed with great care. Galvanized, Copper, Paint grip and stainless steel are used. Painted materials cannot be used because they are not capable of being soldered. This is an old style roofing system that has been a long lasting solution for the flat roof.

This roof has a paint-grip lock seam. All the seams will be primed to keep any deterioration from occurring.
